The participants of Compton Adult Career Services are diverse in work and creative talent! Their innovative expressions have led to an expansion of services tailored to include creative arts. From project ideation to full completion, the participants are encouraged to take the lead implementing many of the same skills that are helpful in the workforce.
For some participants, this endeavor leads to an exploration of micro entrepreneurship.
