Our Career Support Services work to eliminate these barriers by proactively creating vocational and entrepreneurial opportunities for our participants. We are committed to helping our participants develop skills that foster independence.

Participants earn a valid California Food Handler Certificate.
We have created a training program adapted for developmentally
disabled participants with an expressed desire to work in the food industry.
Our multi-faceted approach implements a variety of teaching tools in addition to the ServSafe Food Handler assessment to ensure that participants are able to grasp and apply material.
At the conclusion of our specialized course, participants will earn a valid California Food Handler Certificate. This certificate will broaden potential opportunities for employment in the local area.
Compton's first coffee career training program designed for adults with disabilities! CADHC Cafe is the interactive phase of our Food Service Training Program.
Operating daily, the cafe brews up fresh coffee, espresso and blended beverages.
